What if something goes wrong?
We understand that mirrors are fragile items, and while we do our best to ship them safely, unfortunately, it can happen that something breaks along the way. No worries! If unexpected damage occurs during shipping, we take full responsibility.

Simply contact us within 1 business day of receipt if your mirror arrives damaged. We will take immediate action and send you a new mirror at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we will make sure you can quickly enjoy your Hi Smiley mirror again!

Delivery Time
Because all products are custom-made, we aim to ship all your orders within a few business days (1-5), so you can enjoy your purchases quickly. 

Please note that sometimes there will be products that can be ordered on pre-order. In that case, that means you can order it and be one of the first to enjoy it as soon as it becomes available. The expected delivery date is listed with the product, so you'll know exactly when you can receive your long-awaited item.

Returning
- Not satisfied or any other reason why you want to return the product? Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and have been received. Outside this specified period, the returned item will not be accepted.
- Items returned must not be damaged, used or washed.
- Report us via contact@hi-smiley.com your return. In the email you receive afterwards you will find the address for the return. Returns are at your own expense.
- Once we have received your return we will confirm this to you by email. Within 14 days after receipt of the returned item we will refund your payment to the account number to which the payment was made by you. Please note that shipping costs are for your own account.
