What if something goes wrong?
We understand that mirrors are fragile items, and while we do our best to ship them safely, unfortunately, it can happen that something breaks along the way. No worries! If unexpected damage occurs during shipping, we take full responsibility.

Jouw tevredenheid staat voorop, en wij zorgen ervoor dat je snel weer kunt genieten van je Hi Smiley-spiegel!

Omdat alle producten maatwerk betreft, strevenΒ wij ernaar om al je bestellingen binnen een aantal werkdagen (1-5) te verzenden, zodat je snel van je aankopen kunt genieten.Β

Returning
- Not satisfied or any other reason why you want to return the product? Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and have been received. Outside this specified period, the returned item will not be accepted.
- Items returned must not be damaged, used or washed.
- Report us via contact@hi-smiley.com your return. In the email you receive afterwards you will find the address for the return. Returns are at your own expense.
- Once we have received your return we will confirm this to you by email. Within 14 days after receipt of the returned item we will refund your payment to the account number to which the payment was made by you. Please note that shipping costs are for your own account.
